Policies:

 We require a one-to-two-week advanced notice to book an order for party cakes, decorated cookies, cupcakes, etc. Sometimes we can make exceptions and take last minute orders. It depends on how booked we are and whether we can fit it in. Just ask us and we will let you know.

If you are a first-time client, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to book your order and the remaining balance is due the day of pickup or delivery. After you have established yourself with us we no longer require the 20%. If you fail to pick up your order even one time, you will always be required a deposit from here on out no exceptions.

**WEDDING ORDERS ALWAYS REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO BOOK**​

!!!We require at least 3-6 months advance notice on wedding orders!!!

Delivery:

 

Delivery outside of Cynthiana, Ky. City Limits, is a cost of 0.50 per mile to and from the destination and will be applied to total order on invoice. (This is for standard orders not Wedding Cake Orders)

 

Delivery Inside City Limits is FREE (NOT FOR WEDDINGS)

 

Delivery on Wedding Cake orders is $1.00 per mile

& Setup depends on what we have to do.

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you must cancel on an order, we require a 48-hour notice.

 ​

Allergy Policy:

 

You are responsible for letting us know about any allergies you may have when booking an order, we will not be responsible if you don't notify us because we will ask! When you place an order, you are agreeing to this as a binding contract.

Refund Policy:

 

 

* WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS* Once you leave with the cake or the cake is left with you, you are in agreement that everything was as it should be and when you place an order with us you are agreeing to these terms.

• NO SAME DAY ORDERS/DELIVERIES, at least a seven (7) day notice is required. This also applies to an order for next day delivery. Payment can be made by cash, Venmo, PayPal, Square or credit card (Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard, and Discover).

• Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by credit card or cash at the time of ordering.

• ALL ORDERS will require an email address or phone number to send invoices and to track your customer ID for future orders.
